How Does It
Work?

Planning |
Chris Rochleau will personally meet with
you to discuss your dreams, your goals,
and your vision for what you want in a
new house. After discussing the
home's style, size, and amenities, Chris
will prepare a detailed cost estimate
for your review. It is at this
stage that the great value of working
with Chris really begins. During
the planning process, Chris thinks of
little details that are often overlooked
by other contractors and even by
homeowners. If you need help
choosing a neighborhood, a lot, a
banker, or anything else in the planning
process, Cherry Ridge will help.

Selection |
After the planning stage you will
receive a final firm cost agreement, so
you know exactly what your new home is
going to cost. You are in control
of the selection and any amenity upgrades
you may choose for your home. This
is the fun part. Accompanied by a
Cherry Ridge team member, you will be
given access to their vendor showrooms to
choose floor coverings, doors,
appliances, tile, cabinetry and all the
other finish parts of your home.
You will have several styles, colors,
and textures to choose from within your
budget range. However, if at any
time during the selection process you
want to upgrade, it's no problem.
You will always know how upgrades affect
the budget. Honest communication
and no surprises - Always!

Build |
This is the easy part for you. You
are welcome to visit the home site as
often or as little as you'd like.
Cherry Ridge gets to work building your
home and keeps the project rolling on a
timely basis. The site is kept
safe, clean, and organized to provide
the best working environment for
subcontractors and vendors. And Cherry
Ridge keeps you consistently informed
about how your project is progressing.

Move
In |
As the house is nearing completion, you
will complete a final walk-through with
Chris to make sure everything meets your
expectations. After the house
closes, you can move in. Your
Cherry Ridge home will be covered by a
one-year warranty, and Cherry Ridge will
keep in touch on a regular basis to make
sure you are comfortable in your new
home. |
